Plan Your Home Renovation as One Connected Project
When several areas of your home need updating, renovating each space separately can create unnecessary complications. Layout decisions, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, electrical work and material selections often need to work together.
Our complete home renovation service is designed for homeowners who want to improve multiple areas through one planned renovation.
You may be updating an ageing property, creating more room for a growing family, improving storage or changing spaces that no longer suit the way you live. We help plan the agreed scope, document key details and coordinate the relevant suppliers and trades through to completion.
Our service is best suited to substantial renovation projects involving multiple areas of the home. We do not generally focus on minor repairs, maintenance-only work, resurfacing or individual item replacements.
Create a Home That Works Better for Everyday Life
A complete renovation gives you the opportunity to look beyond individual rooms and consider how the home works as a whole.
Improve Flow and Function
An outdated layout can make everyday routines harder than they need to be. Planning connected spaces together can improve movement through the home, make better use of available space and create a more practical relationship between living areas.
Build Storage Into the Design
Good storage should support the way each space is used. Custom cabinetry, wardrobes and other storage solutions can be considered as part of the wider renovation rather than added as an afterthought.
Reduce the Burden of Managing Multiple Contractors
A home renovation can involve several trades and suppliers working at different stages. We coordinate the relevant people and project stages within the agreed scope, reducing the need for you to organise each part independently.
Make Key Decisions Before Work Begins
Layouts, selections and detailed documentation are addressed during the planning stages. Photorealistic 3D concepts, 2D elevations and CAD drawings where required help you understand key project details before production and construction move ahead.
What Can Your Home Renovation Include?
Every renovation is different. The final scope depends on your property, the areas being updated, site conditions, project complexity and the selections you make.
A complete home renovation may include:
- Kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovations
- Custom cabinetry, joinery, wardrobes and storage solutions
- Stone benchtops, splashbacks, tiling and shower screens
- Engineered timber or hybrid flooring
- Demolition and preparation works
- Plumbing, electrical, waterproofing and other relevant trade works
- Painting and final fit-off works where included in the agreed scope
- Material procurement, delivery coordination and project management
During planning, we work through the proposed scope, layout requirements and relevant selections. You remain involved in key decisions and approvals, with practical guidance available where choices affect functionality, suitability or the overall design.

Why Choose Revive Kitchens & Bathrooms?
A full home renovation requires more than individual trades completing separate tasks. It requires planning, clear responsibilities and an understanding of how each stage affects the next.
Over 15 Years of Industry Experience
Revive Kitchens & Bathrooms brings more than 15 years of industry experience to residential renovation projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, apartments and complete home renovations.
One Consistent Point of Contact
Having one main contact gives you a clearer communication path throughout the renovation. This is particularly valuable for busy homeowners and clients who may be travelling or unable to attend the site regularly.
Design and Documentation Support
Our planning process can include photorealistic 3D concepts, 2D elevations and CAD drawings where required. Site checks and drawing approvals help clarify important project details before relevant products are manufactured and installed.
Licensed, Insured and HIA Member
Revive Kitchens & Bathrooms is a licensed NSW renovation contractor, fully insured and a Housing Industry Association member. Work is covered by applicable NSW statutory warranties, Home Building Compensation Fund cover where required, and relevant manufacturer warranties.
Our Home Renovation Process
We follow a structured process so you know what happens next and when important decisions need to be made.
Quote confirmation
If you are happy to proceed, we will provide a contract, schedule of payments and an outline of everything you need to know to prepare for your renovation.
On-Site Measurements
We will visit your property to check the existing space, take detailed measurements and identify any site conditions that may affect the renovation. This helps ensure the proposed layout and project scope are based on the actual space.
Design & Planning
We will work through the proposed layout, fixtures, fittings and material selections based on your renovation requirements. Where included in your project, we’ll develop a detailed 3D concept to help you visualise the proposed space and finalise the design.
Item review
We’ll review your chosen fixtures, fittings and materials to make sure they suit the space and align with the agreed design. Where required, we’ll also confirm quantities, such as tile requirements, before the project moves forward.
Plan Approval
Once the design, selections and project details have been finalised, we’ll review the plans with you and confirm the agreed scope before construction begins.
Commencement of On-Site Work
Once planning is complete, we’ll provide an indicative start date, project schedule and final scope of work. On-site construction typically takes around 2–8 weeks for many projects, while larger or more complex home renovations may take longer. Your project manager will keep you updated throughout the work.
Renovation Completion
Once the work is complete, we’ll review the finished renovation with you and complete the final handover.
What Our Clients Say
A successful renovation is about more than the finished space. Clear communication, careful planning and knowing what to expect throughout the project can make a significant difference to the renovation experience.
